With over 15 years of experience in IT, Steve has extensive expertise in the areas of strategy, building IT organizations as well as consulting and auditing in the banking environment, with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM). After graduating in Business Administration, he managed numerous IT projects and is now Head of Professional Services at Beta Systems. He is responsible for implementing and further developing IAM solutions for new and existing customers across various industries.

Senior Managerin Projects & Processes

Sofia works as a Manager in Professional Services Projects & Processes and has over 15 years of experience in project and process management. She currently leads the project management team in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and contributes significantly to the definition and optimization of IAM processes. With her strong focus on continuously improving efficiency, Sofia and her team successfully manage complex projects and implement innovative solutions. She is passionate about promoting best practices in project management to create sustainable and future-oriented project and process landscapes.

Benjamin Bober

Senior Manager Professional Services

With over 15 years of experience in IT, Benjamin combines technological expertise with extensive project and consulting experience. Throughout his career, he has led and supported numerous software, infrastructure, and transformation projects for well-known companies and public sector clients. His areas of focus include cloud computing, modern software architecture, AI and data platforms as well as identity and access management. As a Senior Manager at Garancy AG, he currently leads the Business Consulting team and supports customers in the implementation and further development of modern IAM solutions, as well as in the implementation of sustainable governance and security strategies.

Michael Slavinec

Senior Manager Professional Services – Technical Consulting

With over 12 years of experience in IT, Michael has extensive expertise in IT service management, team leadership, managed services, and the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure and cloud projects. After completing his apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration, he progressed from system engineer to senior system engineer and eventually to team lead for operations, where he was responsible for both technical and organizational tasks.

During his many years of experience in the IT services, SaaS, and IaaS sectors, he led IT service teams, optimized service processes, managed personnel and budget matters, and supported customers with strategic issues in the support and service environment. In addition, he managed complex projects, including those in the areas of cloud migration, hosting, and telecommunications.
